This statement reflects our commitment to integrate sustainability into all aspects and phases of our operations, converting robust sustainability performance into Calibre’s business edge. Through our approach to sustainability, we incorporate environmental, social and governance considerations into all decision making. In implementing our Sustainability Strategy, our goal is to meet the needs of the present without compromising the future, in line with Calibre’s vision of delivering value, responsibly, for all stakeholders.
In leading our business:
Every employee, contractor and member of the public has the right to work in a safe and healthy environment and to return home healthy every day
All environmental incidents are unacceptable and we must respect and protect the land for future generations
We are commited to a social license with beneficial outcomes for the communities in which we operate
Calibre’s Sustainability Strategy will be implemented in three phases:
Our most material ESG objectives are encompassed in three strategic pillars. These reflect the results of a broad internal and external consultation process, as well as international standards established for the mining sector and, specifically, the expectations set out in the World Gold Council’s RGMPs, which Calibre committed to in June 2021. Moreover, we have identified and incorporated specific United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to measure and drive our sustainability performance.
Calibre Mining Corp. believes that all work place accidents are preventable and that every employee, contractor and member of the public has the right to work in a safe and healthy environment and to return home healthy every day.

Calibre Mining Corp. believes that all environmental incidents are unacceptable. We have adopted the Prospector’s and Developer’s Environmental Excellence in Exploration (E3) policies as a minimum acceptable standard for our programsEnvironment
Calibre recognizes that in order to operate in different jurisdictions around the world that we need to develop our “social license”. The social license is developed through the adoption of best practices and operating procedures that reflect health, safety and environmental concerns of local governments and communities. We are committed to understanding and implementing these best practices wherever we may work.Social
